The Global Corporate Services position, Director of Marketing, supports the Client Solutions team and oversees the Creative Solutions team based in the US and internationally. This position plays a senior, key, strategic role within the Global Corporate Services (GCS) Division of Newmark Knight Frank. GCS provides an integrated global platform and a seamless, beginning to end, service delivery to clients. Corporate services solutions such as real estate account management, transaction management, consulting, program management, and facility management to clients on an international scale are included. The GCS Director of Marketing oversees resources developing approximately 120 proposals and approximately 150 presentations (various levels) on an annual basis. This position will also contribute to thought leadership for strategic marketing efforts; contribute to business development efforts and new revenue generation for GCS.

The position requires that all aspects of developing materials determining the required information to formatting the final submittals - be completed in a timely, efficient manner to meet deadlines. This leadership role is expected to meet with senior-level professionals and subject matter experts to both generate new content and organize existing content into a compelling business case or presentation for each opportunity. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with a wide variety of internal marketing resources and develop processes and procedures for the effective communication of the Global Corporate Services brand.

Essential Job Duties:

Lead proposal and presentation response activities for GCS division
Contribute to the strategic direction and priorities of the client-facing division of GCS
Lead and provide direction to a team of writers and graphics professionals
Track and monitor sales opportunities for executive management
Manage large volume of opportunities, client meetings and incoming requests for proposals from clients
Engage as a key team member for external marketing including industry conferences, online presence, etc.
Oversee graphic support for entire lifecycle of business development /pitch (initial sales material through award/transition)
Work directly with service line leaders/GCS leadership in production of materials
Directly manage writing and graphic resources providing direction for new narrative, art/graphics to support role
Collaborate with members of overall proposals and marketing function (team of Writers, Designers and division leaders)
Lead WebEx conferences with a distributed/remote team members to review/make final changes to materials
Report summary of presentation activity to managing director on weekly basis
Maintain and update library of presentation slides for each service lines

Skills, Education and Experience:

Bachelor s degree in English, graphic design, marketing, visual communication or related area
7 10 years or experience (strong preference for corporate background in either Commercial Real Estate or related industries such as Architecture, etc.) or experience with a large Management Consulting firm.
Strong Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver/HTML, Acrobat), Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote. Video knowledge a plus. Skilled in creation of on-screen graphics.
Strong understanding of page layout for maximum visual impact
Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills
Ability to work well and lead in a team environment
Ability to take and follow direction and constructive feedback
Strong communicator and diligent worker with a high standard for work product
Strong attention to detail and able to handle multiple, simultaneous projects
Capacity to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
Flexibility to work overtime when necessary with little notice
