Proactively and reactively partner with department heads and process owners within the Bank to help
identify, assess, improve and document business processes/ policies guidelines.
Support the Bank by performing a variety of duties related to the BOM and policy processes and
Review business/operational functions and tasks to identify gaps resulting in increased
efficiency, better work methods and effectiveness through process improvements and reengineering
Oversee policy and procedure timely updates for all areas in the bank.
Be part of the implementation team for all strategic projects and ensure policies and
procedures are accurate and up-to- date.
Collaborate with all support and business teams to assess compliance with policy requirement
and develop and track redemption efforts.
As required, assist all business units in the creation of documentation, including process
Develop training on policies and procedures concerning controls and risk items.
Partner with audit and risk management stakeholders to share information and address issues.
Collaborate with the business units to effectuate changes to BHI s Business Operating
Effectuate requested changes in the business operating manual.
Review procedures and processes and if necessary make edits for clarity and grammar.
Examine techniques currently in use and determine appropriate changes to effect improvements
and reduce costs while meeting business needs and optimizing service levels.
Identify and document enhancements to work methods, related procedures and forms to improve
internal controls and mitigate exposure to operational risk.
Form a collaborative relationship with managers to assess developmental needs as necessary.
Provide Administration back up support as needed.
Knowledge: Fundamental business analysis skills and working knowledge of banking, commercial
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and bank software utilized.

OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION
Experience Needed: 5-7 years of professional experience in business process improvement, internal
controls, technical writing.
Education Required: Bachelor s degree.
