Primary Responsibilities

Supports and operationalizes the Euro-East Sales Team by:
  • Manage team members to maximize talent and give your territory the best chance of success
  • Managing and assisting the team in creating and closing opportunities
  • Create target account lists and help form strategies with your team members. These plans will be created upon your arrival and updated quarterly by team members. You will be responsible for their execution
  • Train team members to be great salespeople
  • Attend and assist team members in important sales calls and demonstrations
  • Participate in target marketing campaigns. This includes concepts, content creation and execution
  • Participate in quota methodology and generation
  • Drive team performance to achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Communicate with VP of Sales on progress of quarterly and annual sales
  • Work with VP of Sales to keep sales support materials updated and relevant. This will require working with key Operations personnel and Subject Matter Experts to ensure consistency and accurate delivery of the value proposition
Will support the proposal process and work with the proposal manager to:
  • Support required SME reviews and input to each proposal where required, creating specific tailored messages where required
  • Partner with the proposals team to be an additional resource, when required, to deliver tailor made proposals to meet our clients? needs and communicate our value proposition
Secondary Responsibilities

Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards by:
  • Working with the proposals team to support the maintenance of the RFI library, including facilitating group reviews, collecting, and organizing feedback on a regular basis to maintain the overall responses contained within the library and to ensure the most up-to-date information is present at all times
  • Ensuring ongoing understanding of Bioclinica, Inc.?s products and services
  • Reading, understanding and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standards
  • Participating in the modification of company SOPs related to the RFP and RFI functions
Contributes to team effort by:
  • Exploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processes
  • Helping others to achieve results
  • Performing other duties, as assigned.
Maintains Technical Knowledge by:
  • Attending and participating in applicable company-sponsored training
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of Industry trends and applicable technology
Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor?s degree required
Experience:
  • Understand the clinical research process; how technology assists this process and the competitive landscape around the solutions that address the process
  • Five years relevant work experience required; ten years preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven ability in writing, revising, and editing technical communications
  • Experience in supporting marketing initiatives
  • Skill in developing design and layout of materials to be published in a client-facing manner
Additional skill set:
  • Ability to lead a team and implement corporate ideology and focus
  • Ability to work in group setting and independently; ability to adjust to changing priorities
  • Ability to coordinate and progress multiple simultaneous tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high quality of work
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to project and maintain a professional and positive attitude
Working conditions

Travel: 25-40%
