Role description and opportunities The senior data marketing analyst will be responsible for building our advanced marketing analytics solutions, in our digital marketing center of excellence, to deliver actionable insights and drive business results. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding the marketing analytics reach to drive greater data and measurement capabilities. We're looking for those with proven experience in developing strategic marketing data solutions and innovative forward thinking using smarter technologies (AI / ML) to optimize marketing and glean insights. There will be the opportunity to leverage our growing world class data infrastructure and collaborate with a global community of data analysts. This role will be leading significant strategic cross-functional collaboration, responsible for mentoring junior data analysts and managing off-shore and vendor resources. You will work with business stakeholders, engineers and marketing teams to do hands on design, build and deploy new data experiences supporting tactical and strategic marketing investment decisions. We're also looking for thought leaders who can help guide and teach our marketers how to effectively use data to maximize effectiveness. This role will help guide our thinking in global marketing investments and supply the data needed to make informed strategic marketing decisions on planning, investments and campaign initiatives. Key responsibilities include the followingAssess and create new more advanced measurement and reporting capabilities to create attribution models for ROI Incorporate offline and online data to create a 360 view of prospect and client activity to drive greater business results Implement innovative new approaches to improve marketing strategy through data collection and mixing to find greater insights Lead strategic marketing data and analytics insights, strategic initiatives, design test plans, create segmentation, dashboards, drive personalization and obtain cross-functional alignment to create greater business intelligence Own marketing measurement best practices for the marketing analytics team creating, updating and maintaining training materials Create self-service dashboards that provide data driven marketing insights Provide self-help guides on data usage, dashboard usage and benchmarking Create analysis for strategic global campaigns to guide effectiveness and efficiency Inform data governance, KPI, dashboards and recommend what we should measure Qualifications BS or Masters in analytics or a data degree preferred 12+ years in marketing analytics or business intelligence with a proven track record of delivering performance results Track record of results driven marketing and KPI for ROI Experience with the development of performance dashboards on platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. Collaboration for cross-functional campaign to drive optimization and performance of multi-channel long marketing campaigns Experience creating model of marketing mix and attribution for full funnel impact of marketing efforts Deep understanding of major digital media channels such as SEM, paid social, email website both earned, owned and paid Firm understanding and experience with data management and platform integration from doing segmented profiles and leads, to mixing data from events management, marketing automation, CRM and ABM platforms Experience with tag management, test/optimization platform, web analytics tools, data visualization, analytics /BI tools History of managing vendor and budgets and keep them on task Leader who can articulate the value of the data to drive business intelligence and clearly convey complex data to stakeholders Proficiency in R, Python, Adobe Analytics, Social Analytics, Tableau, Oracle database Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Alteryx, Brand watch and Hoot suite a plus Proven ability to build processes and systems within large global organizations a plusSalary Range: NAMinimum Qualification11 - 15 years
