Box is looking for a Business Analyst to support the Customer Success function within Box. In this role, you will be working with business leaders and collaborating with our Enterprise Systems team by utilizing your technical expertise and business insights. You will also be working closely with our Customer Success and Consulting teams to plan, design and build optimal solutions for our systems and applications. An ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, communication, and problem solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels or organizations, supervised by the immediate team In this role, you must also have interest in working on a range of different types of SaaS enterprise systems, data management, business process improvements, project management and must have a background that demonstrates that capability. You will support your team and manager to enable the Customer Success team's systems portfolio and must become a trusted partner to your stakeholders This role requires someone who can support world-class, global integration tools and processes. The Business Analyst will support projects and initiatives, with team supervision, that will enable a rapidly expanding business, and facilitate the growth of Box to the next level. Responsibilities
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure enhancements of systems and integrations run accurately and efficiently according to business requirements and prioritization
  • Assist with the planning, evaluation and implementation of functionality and features in Salesforce for Customer Success projects
  • Assist in projects end-to-end. Drive and execute portions of the functional components of systems projects: developing requirements and designing prototypes, testing & training strategies
  • Responsible for Salesforce functional configuration and implementation related to Customer Success projects
  • Enhance data integrity through effective design for applications integrations to data warehouse
  • Assist in design and support of automated processes in Salesforce and related integrations
  • Manage ongoing list of activities and enhancements within individual projects and across initiatives
  • Assist manager and team leads in maintaining and executing on systems roadmap to ensure long-term alignment with business processes
  • Assist with the scoping and planning of Salesforce and integration projects
  • Work closely with our cross functional partners in Customer Success to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Qualifications
  • 4-year degree from top-tier university with strong academic performance
  • BS in a technical, business, or other analytical field required
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Success business processes
  • Strong knowledge of internal database integrations, data analytics, product data usage business processes
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Experience with CS systems like SurveyMonkey, Gainsight and Zendesk preferred
  • Strong project management, program management and systems experience required
  • 2-4 years of experience in a highly analytical systems role
  • Passion for cloud technologies
  • Passion for data
