We are seeking a motivated and passionate business development professional to help generate high-quality leads across our sales team. Position reports to the VP of Sales and is based in NYC while supporting one remote sales rep in the UK.

Description + Responsibilities

  • Prospect new potential customers through thoughtful and creative outreach techniques
  • Research potential buyers to create high-quality, relevant communication
  • Map prospective accounts around organizational structures, people, and existing technology
  • Qualify inbound leads for business and revenue potential
  • Achieve weekly + monthly goals for email outreach, meetings booked/completed, and leads converted to opportunities
  • Work closely with account executives and sales leadership to develop sales skills and help close business
  • Maintain and prioritize lead and account lists, under the direction of sales leadership
  • Keep all lead and outbound activity up to date in Salesforce
  • Generate ongoing reports on all weekly, monthly and quarterly activity


  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Experience in business development preferred
  • Experience at a startup a plus
  • Background in media and/or marketing technologies a plus
  • BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
