Position Summary: The role is responsible for providing operational and analytical support to the Global Security department. This role will work independently on tasks, projects and programs including but not limited to: life safety, the firm's global travel risk management programs, the development of specialized internal publications and additional programs within the Global Security Operations Center. The position will record data to develop and track metrics, issue reports, perform project management functions and provide support to the division related to record keeping. The position will also be required to collect, analyze, and disseminate sensitive information, assist in the development of processes, procedures and programs to help mitigate risk throughout the Firm. Principle Responsibilities include: Operations/Risk Analysis Support the Global Security Manager by providing proactive operational and analytical support Assists in identifying risk by monitoring, collecting, organizing and analyzing security reviews, evaluations, risk assessments, Global incidents and trends both internally and externally Implements database design, tracks, develops and creates trending analytics, heat maps, and other risk profiles and models that will protect the assets for the Firm and enhance the capabilities of the Global Security Department Evaluates the systems, training programs, policies and procedures to maximize the department's effectiveness in mitigating future risk and identifies opportunities for improved efficiency; leverages technology wherever possible to minimize manual processes Adheres to compliance procedures and internal risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and internal policies Global Security Administrative Support Develops presentations, drafts correspondence and creates concise written narratives including analysis and summary level findings of information gathered through research Assists Global Security Management with requests from internal and external auditors or examiners Supports the division with administrative responsibilities including but not limited to: working on special assignments; organizing and maintaining accurate records and files; coordinating a wide variety of activities, programs and process Life Safety Develop and centralize domestic life safety program (to include AED program, First Aid/CPR/AED training, safety teams, drills, etc.) Work with local contacts at international offices to establish framework for life safety programs for integration into Firm-wide program Develop Firm-wide incident tracking abilities Travel Risk Develop and facilitate travel risk management policy and/or guidelines Develop communications strategy to increase employee awareness and utilization of travel risk management services Monitor, access, and report on global events and trends that may impact the Firm's travelers, including those in the security, health, and general risk areas Vendor Management Manager day-to-day operations and oversight of with key vendors related to Travel Risk (ISOS) and Life Safety (Red Cross, AED) Facilitate vendor-specific requirements such as engagement/disengagement of consultants, invoice processing and PO requests, onboarding requirements, supply orders, etc. Operations Center Work to develop and facilitate GSOC process/flow and escalation list for travel-related incidents, including TravelTracker training for GSOC operators, incident thresholds, as well as training for rest of GS team and other stakeholders Develop training program for Global Security team (and contractors) to independently monitor and identify global events and trends that may impact the Firm, especially its travelers Intelligence Collection Advisory Aggregates a wide variety of risk related intelligence from a number sources including public-private partnerships and with guidance from senior management develops and publishes an Intelligence Advisory Candidate Knowledge, Skills & Abilities include: Bachelors degree 5 years of business experience in a financial/corporate institution with at least 2 years of experience in corporate security, risk analysis or enterprise risk Advanced PC Skills- Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Database research, open source, risk/security analytical/analysis Database design skills and/or ability/willingness to build competency levels in this area Experience with internal firm applications and the ability to learn specific applications as needed Excellent analytical skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to interact effectively at all levels Proven project management and problem solving skills; possess the ability to independently and intelligently respond to shifting priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment Ability to work on assignments of a complex scope that require inter-firm procedural knowledge Eagerness to learn and expand scope of duties Extremely well organized with a keen attention to detail; ability to ensure proper record keeping and maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements Work involves sensitive and confidential information; discretion is essentialSalary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
