The Regional Sales Director will expand our sales activity in the region and contribute to our company s success. CipherCloud has proven technology, leadership, analyst recommendations, reference able customers. The company is the leader in Cloud Information Protection segment, an emerging a rapidly growing market segment. CipherCloud has strong sales momentum, with many marquee customers in top verticals such as financial services, healthcare, high-tech, telcos, and government. This position reports to the VP of North America Sales.

Responsibilities:


  • Direct sales responsibility for customers and prospects in the region - attain revenue goal for license, maintenance and professional services
  • Grow and upsell the existing accounts
  • Ability to successfully prospect for new Enterprise customers
  • Initiate, establish and maintain contact with partners within territory build a local ecosystem of supporters to find and win new prospects
  • Develop recommendations for growth, opportunities for growth, and key target accounts in the assigned territory
  • Become proficient in our offerings. Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of CipherCloud products, policies and services
  • Expand current and build new systems integrator and consulting partner go-to-market plans to scale business development and channel sales
  • Accurately forecast and manage deal closure


Qualifications:


  • Stellar sales professional with proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
  • Approximately 10 years of selling experience in the region
  • Must have experience and strong relationships with Large Enterprises in the financial services and/or the healthcare markets among others
  • Proven Solution Selling Experience with Security Solutions or other complex technologies
  • Previous successful experience at a startup
  • Familiar with Cloud Services like SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Box etc
  • Strong Systems Integrator Teaming and Relationship Management
  • Strong Resale Channel Development and Management Experience
  • Team Selling experience, ability to leverage and provide local leadership to assigned SE and assigned Inside Sales representative
  • Clear Communication and Executive Level Presentation Skills as well as high level product demonstrations
  • Team Player, Communicative, Proactive, Polished, Hunter Mentality
  • Highest ethical standards a must
  • Bachelor s Degree or higher
  • Willingness to travel
