Work with school teams to create on-campus strategy at assigned target schools. Coordination of all on-campus and in-house activities for schools including presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews
Secure coverage for and attend on campus and in-house events
Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts
Manage relationships with key contacts in the business and at career centers
Serve as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process ? be able to market the Firm, answer questions and communicate candidate status
Manage summer intern programs including onboarding, training, placements, events, performance management and offers
Update and monitor online applicant tracking system for schools/businesses and report on entry hiring statistics as requested
Manage recruiting and programs budget for your site and across the regions
Travel domestically 20-25% during peak campus recruiting seasons
Partner with the L&D to plan and roll out induction training
Partner with the Business Office to plan and roll out induction training
Run the placement process for the summer and full time programs
Manage the Compensation process for the Analyst classes
Handle day to day issues, Employee Relations matters
Review and enhance the global program structure, strategy on an on-going basis
Collaborate with site leads across NAM and globally to drive a consistent process
Work directly with business sponsors and representative to deliver a best in class program
Maintain and run data analytics to measure recruiting results, best practices, performance management
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 5+ years of campus recruiting or other relevant experience
Manage performance and evaluation processes
Oversee Compensation processes and communication
Strategic thinker and execution skills to enhance program structures and drive initiatives forward
Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Human Resources and Campus Recruitment & Program Management
Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail
Strong communication, writing and oral presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels of management, including very senior interactions and expectations
Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Flexibility for travel and to work some early morning and evening hours as needed during peak seasons
