Executive Sales - Security and Identity Specialist
Direct Hire: New York and Washington DC
Job Summary:
The Executive Sales - Security and Identity Specialist is responsible for carrying out all activities on assigned accounts. The Executive Sales - Security and Identity Specialist will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services and increasing income and revenue.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
Identify prospects and business opportunities
Prepare action plans, strategies and long-term development plans for assigned accounts
Manage all aspects of the customer relationship Business planning, product training and marketing events.
Source and develop client referrals
Participate in corporate sales and marketing events
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Competencies / Qualifications:
Must have a background in banking and financial services; specifically, a vast and robust understanding of banking & financial services technology and the overall industry.
Must have proven experience working with and selling to key decision-makers and/or C-level executives within the banking industry
Must have established a list of contacts to call upon in banking and financial industry
Hunter Mentality Ability to get in front of C-level decision-makers and develop relationships with key customers in assigned territory
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Ability to develop and implement competitive strategies
Excellent communication/negotiating /closing skills with customers and prospects
Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
Motivated self-starter capable of working independently
Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with new and existing customers
Work cooperatively with team members
Consumer market sales experience with a technology solution IT, security or identity management
Experience selling in multi-channel sales environments
Must be an ethical self-starter who is professional, possesses unquestionable integrity and displays exceptional listening skills with a high-level competency for verbal/written communications

Requirements:
The ability to travel 50% of the time is required
