CTG is seeking an Epic Certified Procedural Order Analyst to help our client prepare for a new implementation. This is a remote, short-term (4-5 week) opportunity beginning mid-October.

  • Apply an in-depth understanding of the Epic application to support activation period during a large multi-facility.

  • Perform triage, trouble shooting, remediation, testing to issues identified during activation.

  • Provide remote support as scheduled during the activation period.

  • Coordinate with Epic and technical personnel to troubleshoot, maintain, and implement complex and enterprise-wide infrastructure technologies and application-based installations while adhering to policies.

  • Apply Epic experience and training to team tasks and deliverables.

  • Develop and document internal procedures to use in conjunction with the Epic application.

  • Identify issues and work to bring to resolution.

  • Troubleshoot questions and problems from end users and the project team.

  • Facilitate emergency department go live meetings. Participate in other activation meetings as needed.

  • Requirements

  • Epic Procedural Orders Certification

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience maintaining and/or building Epic Orders modules

  • Minimum 2-3 years in a healthcare provider setting, preference for experience in design implementing an electronic health record.

  • Proven ability to work remotely.
