We are looking for a Data Entry/Sales Support professional in NYC, NY 10017.

Job Title: Data Entry/Sales Support

Motivated resource to support a senior sales executive. The sales executive travels a lot and needs someone in the office to support her sales efforts and handle day-to-day administrative activities. Responsibilities may include but not limited to: Data entry, reorganization or formatting in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Salesforce CRM, maintaining sales target lists in Excel and CRM, entering and updating client contacts in Outlook and CRM, taking and distributing notes after meetings, following up on client due diligence requests, performing research using databases and internet searches. Skills required will include: data entry/strong attention to detail, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), ability to use the Salesforce CRM system (will provide training), strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong work ethic, ability to be flexible and resourceful.
