The Role

  • Travel coordination
  • Manage job boards and resolve any technical issues

  • Assist in the coordination of internal incentives

  • Oversee Birthday and work anniversary arrangements - cards and cake etc

  • Liaise with IT if issues need to be resolved

  • Maintain office supplies for the New York office

  • Annually review all contracts and make sure that we are getting the best quotes and if need be renegotiating rates

  • Coordinate all maintenance of the office

  • Order and set up food orders every Wednesday

  • Ensuring office & kitchen area is tidy and presentable

  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries for the Operations floor

  • Assisting EVP and team managers with admin duties

  • Organize all internal social events

  • Distribute incoming post and manage outgoing post

  • Liaise with HR to assist with onboarding all new starters

  • Basic bookkeeping collate and log receipts/expenses for the NY and LA team

  • Run regular reports for the EVP
