Meet is excited to be partnering with an established medical communications agency thats a part of a global and well-known CRO! This agency has just acquired an exciting new piece of business and is in need of a Scientific Strategy Advisor to join their team and provide strategic insight and leadership to their US based clients.


The agency is predominantly publications focused but works in the promotional medical communications sphere as well. This position can be 100% remote based, so get in touch if this opportunity is of interest!



Responsibilities:


  • Provide leadership from a clients perspective on both scientific writing and strategy for internal teams and across business opportunities
  • Takes initiative when needed and writes, edits and reviews scientific content for a variety of accounts, always taking the clients needs into consideration and setting the bar for other writers.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of various disease states, markets, and products.
  • Understands and exceeds client expectations regarding quality, cost, and timing.



Requirements:


  • Degree and a higher degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine (BSc, BA, PharmD, PhD, MD)
  • Demonstrated history providing strategic counsel and input to various client accounts
  • Previous experience mentoring and leading writers and account leads
  • 7+ years agency experience
  • Wide range of experience across therapeutic areas

This opportunity can be based in their Northern New Jersey office or home-based across the US!
