About the Role: Credible is looking for a self-motivated manger-level Partnerships & Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, this person will be working with our Director of Strategic Partnerships to secure, build and manage Marketing partnerships. Establishing relationships with Marketing partners through sustained sales efforts, you will be committed to transforming Credible's business. In addition to building relationships, you have the ability to manage the full lifecycle of a Marketing partnership across prospecting, contracting and developing growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be in tune with the key players of our industry and have a passion for the financial technology space. Through grit, humility, and persistence, you bring strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgment, along with the ability to think about what is -- and what could be. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, pitch, structure and negotiate Marketing partnerships across wide ranging verticals to promote Credible's products Effectively and confidently pitch Credible's products and value proposition to prospective Marketing partners Evaluate inbound partnership opportunities but also source and secure new Marketing partners through outbound sourcing Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Legal & Compliance to establish, launch, and grow new and existing partnerships Develop partner relationships with a diplomatic approach to negotiation and quantitative evaluation of performance Demonstrate expertise of the competitive landscape in both financial technology and financial online marketplaces Education and Experience: 4+ years of experience in a business development, partnerships or sales role, or relevant operating experience in Fintech or Consumer Internet Bachelor's degree in related field Excellent communication skills - written, verbally, and with PowerPoint Proven track record negotiating deals across a variety of fee structures Experience with Financial and/or data modeling Experience managing a sales pipeline in Salesforce highly a plus Fintech experience or experience in Unsecured Lending, Mortgage or Credit Card markets a plus Key interpersonal traits: motivation, creativity, adaptability, unquestionable ethics & integrity, and a willingness to take calculated risksSalary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
