The Job We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the Crossbeat Team as a Senior Data Analyst and eventually stay on with the client, a Consumables company in the feminine health space. The Senior Data Analyst will have responsibility for customizing the Business Intelligence Dashboard in Datorama (a Salesforce company). The dashboard is responsible for reporting across advertising campaign performance, revenue, inventory, customer metrics as well as overall business process and network ecosystem data as it relates to defining, designing, and interpreting campaign results. Essential Functions Manipulation and analysis of large datasets from multiple sources Summarizing and calculating advertising measurements such as reach and frequency, engagement rate, viewability, and fraud, cost per actions, action rates Accurately evaluate the effectiveness and performance of paid campaign advertising by utilizing campaign measurement plans and established KPIs Provide meaningful insight for internal stakeholders as well as clients regarding areas such as brand health, cross-channel synergy, paid/owned/earned media, and consumer behavior Develop and maintain dashboards, including the creation of charts or other visualizations through Datorama to illustrate campaign performance Have an innate curiosity for processes improvements and continually strive to be better Coordinate with Advertising Operations, Digital Partnerships, and Paid Search for proper UTM and other coding Qualifications Bachelors degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, finance, business or a related field Experienced in effective dashboard designing (via Datorama) with a focus on customizing to client needs Experience with data manipulations, data pulling, merging, classification across multiple ad serving platforms (I.e., DCM, Facebook, SA360) Work Experience: Familiarity with Performance Marketing Platforms (Google, Facebook/Instagram) Familiarity with Display and OLV channels data management for campaign tracking performance Familiarity with Amazon APIs Proficient in Microsoft suite of products particularly PowerPoint and Excel, including advanced knowledge of PivotTables and complex formulas Hands on experience with media reporting, measurement plans, defining KPIs, knowledge of media math Social and Search channels data management experience for campaign performance tracking 2 years of analytical experience, media/advertising industry is preferred Soft Skills Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience in analytics space or relevant area Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills Experience working with social media in professional setting Knowledge of industry trends and standards Collaborative Strong communication skills Problem solver Attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Goal- and results-driven Get things done Tech-savvy Data-driven About Crossbeat Crossbeat is an brand innovation strategy and design studio that helps emerging brands and big businesses grow by helping them design and launch new products and services that enable humanity and tell provocative brand stories.
