At Lincoln Ristorante, we offer a modern interpretation of Italian cuisine. Our philosophy is simple: to source the best local ingredients and prepare them with authentic Italian methods and spirit. We rely on local farmers and purveyors along with weekly visits to our neighborhood Tucker Square Greenmarket, while importing irreplaceable items from Italy. We honor the Italian culinary tradition of making our own fresh pastas, grissini, and focaccia. Desserts are beautiful renditions of Italy's classics: light, lush and irresistible. A focus and commitment to freshness and respect for every ingredient is paramount in our daily life. The exquisite site beside Lincoln Center's reflecting pool and Henry Moore sculpture, is the starting point for an exquisite and quintessential dining experience. Lincoln has breathtaking panoramic views and a grass lawn roof, but its heart is the central open kitchen.

Qualifications
THE REQUIREMENTS:

--- Baking & Pastry Degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience
--- 2-4 years proven experience in a restaurant of similar cuisine and elevated service style
--- Knowledge of and experience with Italian cuisine a plus
--- Passion for hospitality, food & beverage and openness and willingness to learn (must love what we do!)
--- Strong organizational skills with clean work habits and strong attention to detail
--- Resourceful and well-organized with a sense of urgency
--- Personable, outgoing and energetic team player with a positive attitude
--- Ability to think quick on their feet and multi-task in a fast paced/demanding environment
--- Ability to communicate effectively
--- Knowledge of current Baking & Pastry Trends
--- Open availability (including days and nights, weekends [Saturday and Sunday], and holidays)
