ROLE SUMMARY The Director Supply Chain Systems & P2P will be located in Nashville, TN and is accountable for supply chain systems support and P2P process development, optimization, training and integration.This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Supply Chain, Sourcing process, P2P workflow, business support functions process, and ERP systems application. This role will identify, research, and implement process changes designed to improve supply chain service or provide technical solutions in support efficient procurement and contracting. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Accounting, Legal, and other areas of the business to identify a holistic approach to solutions related to the end to end P2P lifecycle. The Director Supply Chain Systems & P2P will be the SPA for Master Data Management, related to materials and supply chain activity for the enterprise, including the design and delivery of master data solutions pertaining to the P2P suite. They will oversee the design and execution of master data strategy, including the development and implementation activities supporting the optimization, and end-to-end business processes related to P2P implementation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Will be the P2P Lead for Supply Chain, and work as part of a systems and process improvement team to enhance capability.Develops long-term and short-term systems strategies, to ensure Supply Chain operations effectively and efficiently deliver business performance objectives. Provides Leadership over a broad spectrum of Supply Chain support services, including Systems Technology, Training, Document Management, P2P Process Standards, and systems integration.Responsible (in conjunction with IT) for reviewing new sourcing, SPM and P2P systems and ERP bolt-on applications including applicability and ease of migration. Collaborates with IT, Accounting and Business Process stakeholders to ensure systems integration, process alignment, data integrity and efficiency in the P2P, Sourcing and Contracting tools and systems.Constantly seeking continuous improvement of current SC systems and processes, in support of Deleks growth strategy. Responsible for managing the Application Services area budget, including spend for systems support and implementation of software updates and process changes.Identify innovative solutions to alleviate bottlenecks and address pain points to optimize P2P workflow. Ensure vendors meet their service level agreements (SLAs). Will be the Supply Chain Systems SPA for growth and acquisition reviews, particularly post-acquisition, during the integration of new assets.This may include project management of various aspects of the SCM integration, which involves delivering process and system conversion projects, including data cleansing and migration, within the integration team efforts. Responsible for the current state assessment of master data and the creation of future state master data constructs related to P2P and Materials Management, in order to modernize, simplify and improve the quality/integrity of data. Responsible to drive the process consistency and adoption across the Supply Chain organization by incorporating system controls and business controls to avoid process variability.Keeps library of policies and procedure documentation up to date in our repositories.Communicates broadly inside and outside the company to ensure our stakeholders have clarity and readiness for change. Develops training curriculum repository for online and classroom stakeholders to utilize, in support various aspects of SCM tools and processes implementation and updates. Responsible for identifying and bringing external and industry best practices to the organization.Implements current systems and process improvements as appropriate, while ensuring proactive planning and communication of impacts well in advance, allowing for business stakeholder buy-in and preparation.Works closely with IT, Accounting, Business Process teams and SC Systems to optimize the use of SAP, Ariba & MM applications to optimize efficiencies in the Supply Chain, and across the business enterprise. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Minimum BS/BA degree in Procurement, Business or relevant field. Masters or MBA preferred, Procurement and Supply Chain Certification a plus Must have the following demonstrable skills: financial acumen, data modeling, spend & trend analytics, dynamic reporting, metrics & KPI development and budget and spend forecasting Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible procurement, supply chain, commercial, contract development, or contract management, IT or relevant experience required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain systems support Minimum 5 years of experience leading systems integration or process improvement projects working collaboratively across various business and functional areas Minimum 5 years process-based industry experience, or similar preferred ?SKILLS Understanding of ERP systems implementation, P2P lifecycle, Master Data governance and integrity, systems application impact to procurement and sourcing processes Must be a strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution.
