  • Ensure projects meet objectives on time and on budget
  • Support changes to business processes, systems, and technology
  • Enable project teams to integrate change management activities
  • Enable faster adoption and increased utilization and proficiency
  • Support ongoing training efforts Requirements of the Change Management Analyst:
    • Change management certification or designation preferred
    • Solid understanding of the effect of change processes on individuals
    • Knowledge of change management principles, practices, and tools
    • Experience creating new service delivery and support models
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Ability to act as a coach for senior leadership
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences
