As a member of the Executive Team reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), integrate and align program operational and clinical Out Patient and Community based services. Provide leadership for clinical strategy and program development decisions in support of FLACRA's mission, vision, values and strategic priorities. Work in tandem with the COO to guide and engage the Agency's clinical staff, champion quality, foster clinical effectiveness and advance a culture of excellence. Allocate and assign duties to program management and monitor the activities/operations of all program components to ensure meeting Agency objectives.

Bachelors level QHP with 3 to 5 years progressive Behavioral Health leadership experience required. Masters level QHP preferred. Valid NYS Drivers' License. Founded in 1973, FLACRA is a private, non-profit agency serving individuals and their loved ones in the Finger Lakes Region whose lives are affected by substance use and other health-related disorders.FLACRA employs about 400 full-time, part-time and per-diem staff comprised of program supervisors, credentialed substance abuse counselors, nurses, vocational and therapy aides and administrative staff all dedicated to the individuals and families in recovery.Our Executive Management Team has decades of knowledge and experience and leads with strong commitment and dedication to the agency values.Democrat and Chronicle.
