Business Systems Analyst Georgia-Pacific LLC is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and experienced Business Analyst to join our Packaging IT team to lead the establishment of technology for a new business venture. The role will be located in Phoenix, AZ and work as part of a team to implement infrastructure and business systems required to support a new facility and west coast based business. The software being implemented is Kiwiplan that GP Packaging is running in other businesses but plans to implement here as a standalone solution. The Business Systems Analyst will take guidance from a team lead but is also expected to be able to work independently by understanding our goals, using judgment and taking initiative. During rollout and beyond, the Business Analyst will provide system support for the plant. Once the rollout is complete, there will be support requirements to capture for maintaining and enhancing the system.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
This role is multi-dimensional encompassing functional, technical, and project management responsibilities. As the local resource you would be responsible for.
Functional Learning the business model to participate in solutioning business needs. Understanding business requirements and Kiwiplan capabilities Working with the vendor to configure and implement the software to meet the business requirements Documenting functional requirements
Technical The Business Analyst is expected to learn and understand the systems configuration capabilities, internal rules engine, and document management module. Develop and maintain business rules for costing Develop and maintain Kiwi watch-lists and alerts Develop and maintain business documents, labels, and tags. Documenting technical requirements
Project Management Onsite IT point of contact Coordinating project activities Escalating Issues Communicating with the IT project leader, project manager, and other stakeholders.
The Business Analyst should have the following knowledge, skills and capabilities: Capable of delivering quality results, create long term value for our business, and successfully work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and have a high attention to detail and can work on multiple projects concurrently Adaptable to working under the direction of a team lead or independently Responsible for your own mistakes Comfortable with respectfully challenging at all levels of the organization Strong problem-solving skills
What You Will Need:
Bachelors degree At least5 years of experience working in business or ITfunctions Experience supporting an Order to Cash or ERPtype business software Good ability to develop rules based orlogic-based formulas (Excel formulas) Microsoft Office 365 product suite Willing to work after hours as needed to supportthe business operations Willingness for some but minimal travel(approximately once per quarter) Experience working on a software implementationproject

Existing knowledge of Kiwiplan or PlexEnterprise system Existing knowledge of Kiwiplan or PlexManufacturing system Knowledge and Experience of the Corrugatedindustry Knowledge and Experience working with Amazondistribution services Basic development skills including SQL queriesand PowerBI
