Law firm, concentrating in real estate and litigation, located in the Wall Street area, is seeking an attorney, with at least 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation, real estate litigation and landlord/tenant law to join our rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, particularly in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, landlord/tenant, and/or real estate law. The ideal candidate must have experience litigating matters in New York State Court, with Federal Court experience a plus. The position requires excellent research, writing, oral communication skills, leadership and business development skills. New York Bar Admission is required, New Jersey or any other state admission is also a plus. Portable business is likewise a plus.


Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation, construction law, landlord/tenant, and/or real estate law
  • experience litigating matters in New York State Court, with Federal Court
  • excellent research, writing, oral communication skills, leadership and business development skills

Qualifications:

  • New York State Bar Admission Required
  • New Jersey or any other state admission is a plus
  • Portable business is a plus
