Position Pastry Cook

Reports To Executive Pastry Chef Ron Paprocki

Gotham Bar and Grill is searching for an awesome Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. Qualified candidate should have at least one year of previous culinary training or cooking experience.

Job Overview: Responsibilities include preparing mise en place for plated desserts and plating desserts during dinner service under guidance and supervision of the pastry chef and/or sous chef.

Primary Duties

• Maintain knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
• Prepare all pastry menu items following recipes and yield guides, according to departmental standards.

• Prior experience in pastry/ kitchen
