Working on the USD Cash Operations team, you will be primarily responsible for the provision of payment processing and investigation services to our global Financial Institution (FI) and Corporate Clients. You will also undertake an element of Funds Release and Static Data activities. USD Cash Operations is primarily supporting the Global Transaction Banking business. Global Transaction Banking provides commercial banking products and services for both corporate clients and financial institutions worldwide; our universal expertise and global network allows us to offer truly integrated and effective solutions. Responsibilities:


  • The Director position will be responsible for overall group management for all operational aspects of the US Cash Operations department supported from India (Jaipur & Bangalore), Ireland (Dublin) and US.
  • You will be responsible for facing off with the internal and external clients/business and maintaining critical stakeholder relationships.
  • You will provide regional/local leadership to the Regulatory Filtering team working Nationwide as part of a larger Cash, Filtering and Messaging organization.
  • Interface with global heads, program stakeholders and leads, and engage in program leadership functions.
  • Overseeing development and execution of objectives, plans and policies and is accountable for continuous efforts to improve the competitive position and its performance.
  • Identification of opportunity to implement process improvements, service/technology enhancements while managing vendor relationships, both from a strategic management and decision making perspective.



Requirements:


  • 15 years of management experience and 10 years experience in USD funds transfers
  • Strong background in People Management to effectively set and manage performance objectives, goals, target productivity and service quality expectations as well as lead annual compensation review process with recommendations to Group Function Head or Regional Operations Head
  • Strong control/operational risk management experience with exposure to control practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills.
  • Project management of multiple high priority visible projects: Appropriately leverage and allocate necessary resources to ensure all projects within the department are on target, on budget and being managed effectively.
