We need a Clinical Director with solid medical credentials, product management experience, medical practice experience, and a strong analytical toolkit. You will help to design, develop, expand, and perfect all clinical aspects of our growing product portfolio. In this role, you ll be a member of the product team, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, working closely and collaboratively with the clinical engineering and client solutions teams:


-Be a member of the Product Management org, reporting to the Chief Product Officer; accountable for clinical features that are the backbone of our clinical AI solution.

-Drive our product roadmap, assess product-market fit, and guide the strategic prioritization of the product suite with a focus on clinical features.

-Research and discuss proposed clinical condition scope; prioritize the conditions and diagnostic/therapeutic interventions that have the biggest impact for our current and future clients.

-Create and review patient cases

-Serve as a subject matter expert for sales and client-facing clinical discussions, including driving the adoption and value realization of HealthReveal s solution

-Operationalize the HealthReveal solution, including managing client-specific clinical content

What we are looking for

  • Strong background and experience in medicine (board-certified M.D., D.O., N.P., P.A)

  • Experience in medical practice, including seeing patients

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital health

  • Experience authoring user stories within lean-agile product management methodologies

  • Demonstrated effectiveness working collaboratively with a team

  • Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated understanding of defining and prioritizing product features in a KPI-driven environment

  • Comfort with medical literature, including reviewing and analyzing medical guidelines

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Experience with EHR and claims data, including relevant clinical terminologies (ICD, CPT, LOINC, NDC, etc.)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (and/or Google equivalents)

  • Innate desire and ability to pay close attention to detail

  • Self-motivated self-starter who is a genuine team player that enjoys a fast paced, driven culture

  • Genuinely curious person who drives to understand the why , not just the what

  • Affinity for working in an entrepreneurial environment
