The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing our internal recruitment process as we scale our team for rapid growth. The role includes identifying current and future hiring needs, sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work alongside Leadership and HR to help us build a strong employer brand and continually improve our recruitment strategy and processes. ? The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with our HR Talent Manager and will be responsible to: ? Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and optimize an interview and hiring process to achieve goals Drive full-cycle recruitment process across engineering, data, product, and enterprise management teams Manage all components of successful internal recruitment process through our ATS (RecruiterBox), including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, soliciting feedback, managing candidates, and coordinating offers Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns Find, engage, and activate passive candidates Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating technical skill level, and driving the interview and offer processes Onboard new employees by introducing them to Itemize and the team Report to hiring managers and HR on the status of open positions, as well as on recruitment metrics Recommend and drive improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline Proven work experience as an Internal recruiter in the technology space Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems Working knowledge of employment legislation related to recruitment practices
