RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in New York, NY that is searching for an experienced and highly qualified Digital/Web Platform Manager who is results-oriented and knowledgeable in the Acquia (Drupal) product stack to firm's Information Technology department. We are seeking a highly motivated Digital/Web Platform Manager to help build and maintain firm's next generation customer experience solutions with focus on web and mobile sites, content delivery and other digital technology. Overview: The Digital/Web Platform Manager is responsible for ensuring the on-going success of Related and affiliates Acquia (Acquia Cloud, Acquia Site Factory, Acquia Edge, GitHub repository, Acquia Library/Module Catalog) websites and other related online assets. The role encompasses website management, coding, and overall website strategy. The person in this position manages day-to-day, mid-, and long-term website projects while designing and delivering solutions, and works with cross-functional team members and agency partners. The Digital/Web Platform Manager also monitors and analyzes data to optimize digital communications and develop new capabilities and features. The Digital/Web Platform Manager will oversee and manage the design and development of web-related projects through the complete life-cycle including scoping, planning, design, development, implementation, post-implementation analysis, and close. The role will interface and collaborate with the respective marketing leaders within Related and affiliates on key digital projects and initiatives. In addition, the Digital Web Platform Manager will develop and document standards, web modules and perform code reviews to ensure that agencies and team members are following standards, documenting projects and checking code into the code repository. Duties: Manage onshore, offshore, contract, and partner personnel Budget for resource allocation, tooling, and 3rd-party services Work with product team to define team's roadmap REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field 5-7 years of experience in a web operations or digital project management role 2 years of Drupal 8 development experience Must have experience managing projects and teams specific to Drupal Understanding of Acquia product stack (Drupal 8, Acquia Cloud, Acquia Site Factory, Acquia Lift, Acquia DAM, and Acquia Edge) Understanding of Multi-site versus Multi-Docroots within Acquia product stack Extensive web expertise, including strong familiarity with the front end and at least some familiarity with the back end, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Drupal Be able to create and use Drupal modules Strict adherence to Drupal coding standards and conventions Experience with Agile, SCRUM and Continuous Integration Working knowledge in source control (git, subversion) and understand git workflow Ability to communicate in both technical and business environments Project management and excellent communication skills, including the ability to write project plans and reports Knowledge of modern web analytics systems (e.g., Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) Lead and managed multiple project teams of designers, front-end developers, and designers Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Process-oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through Strong oral and written communications skills Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff Must be able work both independently and as part of a team Strong customer service orientation Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
