North America Regional / National Account ManagerLifeStyles Healthcare Company Location Iselin, New JerseyCandidate must be located in one of the following regions: North East: Boston, Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York.Overview: National Account Manager ensures achievement of North America sales goals and profit objectives through effective management of Northeast broker organizations and National customers.Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Director to North America, the National Account Manager, Sexual Wellness, will be responsible for all sales of LifeStyles into their assigned geographic territory and key accounts list. This person will identify, manage, and develop new and existing business for the region. He/She should excel in business plan development, sales management and leadership, budget and forecast planning, and exhibit superior communication skills. Sales direction and liaison will be applied across marketing, demand planning, finance and customer service disciplines with respect to customer and internal requirements.The overall objective is to accelerate and maximize profitable sales results in accordance with key Sexual Wellness initiatives.This position is field / home-office based.What You'll Do The National Account Manager will work directly with key National & Regional customers to ensure sales goals and programs are achieved. Manage broker sales team to ensure second and third-tier customers generate profitable sales to the region.The candidate will reside in the territory, and travel regularly to meet with brokers, clients and prospects. As the team leader you’ll work closely with our Senior Director of Sales in order to obtain/retain large individual commercial accounts. What It Takes In order to be eligible for this elite opportunity you must meet the following criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalents and work experience with National Accounts Consumer Goods business. Experience with CPG for Consumer Healthcare business including trade planning and execution5-7 years of experience with mid-level / large consumer goods companies.Highly motivated self-starter with the drive to be a top performer.Exceptional communication, organization and selling skills.Ability to travel to customers throughout the Northeast and have a valid driver’s license.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proactive with ability to succeed in an dynamic environment.Task/goal orientated and takes ownership.Resilient with a proven track record in sales.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong follow-up skills. What You'll Receive At LifeStyles, we recognize there are many factors that contribute to your overall satisfaction both at work, and in your personal life.
