MRM // McCann is looking for an Associate Director of Strategy to join our team The Associate Director of Strategy will act as the strategic lead to develop holistic strategies that can be applied across multiple business lines and channels. This person will craft strategic platforms, strategic briefs, value propositions and messaging for various initiatives and develop focused creative briefs and thought leadership POVs. The Associate Director of Strategy should be able to work closely across different client teams and collaborate seamlessly with the internal teams including strategy, creative, UX and client services, ultimately, become the thought-leader for clients as someone they actively seek out to help build their strategies Qualifications:. Minimum of 7-8 years' experience in Brand Planning at advertising/digital agencies Digital Strategy experience is a plus but not necessary. Able to construct strategic arguments (briefs, presentations, POVs, etc.). Experience designing, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative primary research -. Comfortable independently interfacing with clients daily, as well as collaborating with and building strong relationships with team members remotely. The qualities we are looking for:.
