This award-winning agency is looking to add a talented creative to their team who can convey new ideas along with an inspiring talent for writing. This is an opportunity to work with a hard-working and collaborative team who have passions for changing the face of healthcare advertising. Responsibilities: Places the creative image for all brands and warranties real creative growth across all consumer initiatives both digital and print. Involved in all strategic development planning on allocated projects and brands. Works with all direct reports to guarantee work is brilliant. Bring creative management and standards for both, the creative department and agency. Work closely with clients on beneficial creative growth. Skills Required: 10-12 experience in advertising(copy), two of which must be in a senior management position, preferably DTC focused Business development exposure and established success in concepting and leading productive concepting sessions Strong logical and strategic growth skills Proven track record for overseeing a cross-functional team Outstanding personal and communication skills Must have at least 3-4 years of experience managing teams of creatives Full job description and company details are available upon application, apply below.
