The TridentCare At Home Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for new customer acquisition and revenue growth objective for Regional Care at Home Market Segment for the region assigned. The ISR will work with Territory Managers, Sales Leadership, Revenue Cycle Management Team and Operations Team to resolve any/all customer questions/concerns for timely resolution and to maintain customer retention.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound selling to prospects including: Home Health, Home Care, Hospice Agencies, Physician and Non-Physician Practitioners, Accountable Care Organizations, Acute Care Hospitals, and/or Health Plans generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing opportunities to provide TridentCare services. o Onboard all new TridentCare At Home customers, including but not limited to: o Providing access to Trident Connect Online (TCO) and Trident Billing Portal (iLab portal)
o Coordinate with operation, call center, billing, or sales colleagues to ensure timely response to any customer question and concern.
o Act as primary customer contact to meet or exceed customer satisfaction expectation and ensure a positive customer experience.
o Establish the Ladder of Relationship where possible with multiple customer stakeholders to increase customer retention.
o Research prospects; identify key players to build a pipeline.
o Use technology (webinars, video conferencing) with current and potential customers as needed.
o For those opportunities that require onsite sales assistance and relationship building route qualified opportunities to appropriate Territory Managers for further development and closure.
o Close sales and achieve quarterly quota objectives.
o Cross-sell other TridentCare Services as applicable.
o Participate in face-to-face customer meetings, attend conferences and/or trade shows as applicable.
o Detail all activity in CRM; maintain data accuracy requirement, keeping Sales Pipeline Tracker current.
o Generate Reports (internal and external) as required and requested for all status reporting.
o Monitor daily and address exam cancellations, reschedule exams, or other concerns via available reporting.
o Strong verbal communication skills.
o Ability to work independently at a highly competent level, while also being a team player in a multi-disciplinary sale and customer retention team.
o Detail Orientated and the ability to meet specified timelines.
o Able to work in a very fast paced environment with ability to pivot quickly when business priorities/tasks change.
o Strong Computer skills and literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
o High School Diploma required.
o Medical Terminology a plus.
o Prior Inside sales Experience preferred.
