The Role:

My client focuses exclusively on the US Fortune 200 enterprises. Their ignite Platform provides a unique way for them to build an abstraction layer of APIs and services that modularize their business and IT capabilities allowing them to quickly react to disrupters and new digital market opportunities.

The sales coordinator position will work with sales, customer success and marketing in order to provide support, build and manage processes, follow up with inbound leads, and ensure account maintenance.

Position Deliverables:

  • Follow up on inbound leads according to processes

  • Maintain prospect and customer accounts through the following:

    • Ensure account coverage and that contacts are getting correct information/engaged

    • Ensure general marketing efforts are getting through to the right people

    • Technical account management input/follow up coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders

    • Targets follow-ups to customers after training sessions or meetings where follow up from support is promised

    • Meeting notes from demos added to salesforce

  • Tailored sales content support (i.e. decks, PoC overviews, etc.)

  • Provide input for our sales playbook

  • Compile regular reports (inbound lead sources, sales cycle length, ROI, etc.)

  • Technical documentation, videos, and content support for marketing

  • Take on special projects when applicable that allow you to step up and demonstrate your knowledge aligned to organization goals

Requirements:

  • Experience with CRM and Marketing automation platforms

  • Comfortable using technology to produce content (i.e. adobe suite, Camtasia, etc.)

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements

  • Must be comfortable working autonomously with the dynamic nature of a fast-growing company; you are a go-getter, are adaptable to change, have the energy to work hard, and have a lot of fun being successful
