Position Summary The Manager of Education and Events is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that reinforce Natura Bissé's brand philosophy. Creates training materials and conducts training and education to support Field Sales team. Creates special events, while championing for consumer engagement and elevated experiences. Accountabilities Understands and exemplifies the Natura Bissé philosophy and brand culture. Develops and delivers training and sales support materials, webinars, videos and communications to inspire and enhance ongoing education, reinforce brand equity, customer experience, sales and profitability. Designs and conducts comprehensive training that incorporates product knowledge, selling skills, business operations. Monitors and evaluates training program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to meet the needs of the business. Trains the Field Sales teams on product knowledge, advanced skincare application techniques, and selling behaviors to achieve a consistent brand message within each region, retailer and store. Works closely with Marketing to administer and communicate the corporate brand message and standards to Field Sales. Maintains in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor’s products, service offerings, demographics and customer needs, behaviors and reactions. Shares insights with management team. Leads and participates on education conference calls to engage network in ongoing communication and sharing of best practices. Preferred Skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, motivational, coaching and presentation skills. Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods (“how to video’s, e-learning, mentoring, coaching, classroom, and events). Ability to present and tailor information to a variety of audiences. Strong knowledge and experience within a luxury retail environment. Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Education Requirements Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in designing and executing successful training programs. Esthetician license Experience in Spa/Sales/Education customer experience Strong knowledge and experience within a luxury retail environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Education or related field a plus. Additional Notes Travel: 30%
