  • Network, recruit, and hire top quality store management
  • Manage performance reviews for direct reports, District Managers and Store Managers. Address performance issues and create development plans
  • Develop District and Store Managers and store teams to prepare them for growth and create succession plans
  • Support the training and provide ongoing feedback and coaching on product knowledge, selling skills, visual merchandising and delivering the ultimate customer experience
  • Ensure retail operations procedures, and best practices are being adhered to in every location
  • Conduct frequent store visits on a planned schedule, providing constructive guidance and to review overall operational performance
  • Act as key liaison between store and the corporate retail team and assist with store communications
  • Evaluate store?s performance weekly, monthly and YTD
  • Achieve weekly, monthly yearly targets and KPI?s
  • Review store P&L with Store Manager to reduce; labor costs, supplies, and other controllable expenses
  • Provide sales leadership to management teams to inspire and enable them to meet or exceed sales targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis


  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 5+ years of regional leadership experience with the demonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives that will achieve business and talent goals
  • Specialty stores experience preferred
  • Proven ability to build diverse, high performing teams with an inclusive environment
  • Willingness to continually embrace challenges, take risks, learn fast and support change
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; energetic, resourceful with a strong adaptation to service with a can-do attitude
  • Customer centric mindset; committed to delivering an exceptional service to our customers
