Every agent is affiliated with one of our 117 General Offices. These offices are operated by Agency management teams responsible for agent and management recruiting, development, and sales. Approximately half our agents operate their businesses out of our General Offices, while the other half maintains independent office locations. Our General Offices are divided up among four Zones. In addition to our Zone offices, an Agency Home Office team responsible for strategy, finance, administration, standards, training, marketing and communications supports our agents and field managers. The Agency operation also comprises teams charged with growing our business in key market segments, including the middle-income market, the advanced (high-net-worth) market, select cultural markets, and the women's markets. Agents sell individual life insurance, individual annuities, and long-term care insurance products, as well as mutual funds.Eagle Strategies, a registered investment adviser and a wholly-owned subsidiary of New York Life, is looking for a website and digital content specialist to manage content and messaging on our digital platforms (website and email), position content on our website for optimal engagement and work with internal teams on technology enhancements, etc. This role sits on Eagle Strategies' marketing team in New York. ROLE OVERVIEW* Manage the day-to-day content submission process, post content, manage tagging and maintain quality standards for all content published to Eagle's intranet and public-facing sites* Monitor content expiration and ensure that all content residing on web platforms meet content expiration guidelines* Create/edit copy, image content and banner design across sites using content management systems (CMS) and hand-coded HTML* Utilize email platform to build out and distribute communications * Build out communications in email platform and perform A/B testing to achieve efficiencies* Responsible for on-page optimization (metadata, headings, content, anchor links, navigation, etc.)* Develop custom tracking codes for marketing campaigns leveraging Google Analytics* Recommend improvements and enhancements to the sites and to optimize the user experience* Perform various coding/programming tasks within email registration portal and other systems* Track, report and analyze website metrics and usage trends and email marketing efforts to measure impact and inform marketing campaign improvements and communication strategies* Develop and implement SEO and SEM programs for public-facing siteQUALIFICATIONS* Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Digital Marketing certification a plus* 3-5 years' experience in a website content operations role* 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial services and/or wealth management* Knowledge of web analytics systems (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Experience Manager)* Basic knowledge of HTML* Working knowledge of the latest web technologies, marketing tools and methods for effectively leveraging them to improve brand visibility* Knowledge of development process (i.e. Agile)* Experience using WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager is a must* Can successfully work with technology teams from gathering business requirements through development, testing and implementation* Working knowledge of Eloqua or similar email marketing platform* Detail-oriented with a strong follow-up and organizational skills* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting tight deadlines* Ability to present ideas and own the delivery from ideation through execution* Highly personable and able to work across teams within and outside of NYL* Effective listening and communicaton skills#LI -MM1EOE M/F/D/VIf you have difficulty using or interacting with any portions of this Web site due to incompatibility with an Assistive Technology, if you need the information in an alternative format, or if you have suggestions on how we can make this site more accessible, please contact us at: (212) ###-####.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
