VP Account Management (Farming) - MEDDIC Driven Tech Start-Up - Series B - Software

Package: $160K fixed, $320K OTE + CRAZY STOCK LEVELS

With the market flooded with generic ''life changing'' opportunities and amazing Pre-IPOs set to explode it makes it even more challenging to distinguish the genuine from the over-exaggerated. We''re looking to pull the trigger now on East Coast hyper-expansion by hiring an A-player VP Sales to own North America Account management territory, and to accelerate and grow an already-rockstar team of AEs in NYC & SF!

Typically I use 3 parameters to qualify the legitimacy of a Pre-IPO start-up opportunity:

1) Product - does it solve a real problem? Competition in the market?

2) Leadership - PTR of previous start-up success?

3) Opportunity - ability to come in and make money/roadmap of continued opportunity for personal development and growth.

See below my summary of this particular pre-IPO against these criteria:

1) Totally unrivalled, their technology enables clients to transform their web traffic by serving content tailored to different visitor segments. This, intern massively improves a companies conversion rates by identifying and acting upon customer behaviour.

2) Founded by a true tech entrepreneur. His name has become synonymous with innovation after he built and sold a multi-billion dollar company which revolutionised an entire software industry. He has invested millions into his new venture which is based solves a problem he identified as being common in most of his customers. This will go big. Quickly.

3) Goals for 2019 include 250% growth in the US alone! Furthermore, this is an opportunity to build on some warm pipe in place already. Also, you will be helping shape their internal processes for future hires and growth. As the leader here, there is a serious opportunity for progression here and SERIOUS stock options in play.

Trust me, you want to hear about these guys. 4 reps is the US are at $1m on their W2s this year.


In order to apply for this role you will have the following experience:


  • You must have grown and nurtured a top-performing software sales team.
  • Proven track record of hitting team quota with enterprise sales reps. (SMASHING quota, not just hitting).
  • Big W2 history.
  • A+++++ Player
  • MEDDIC or similar sales qualification/training
  • Sold Martec or / Marketing Cloud software or Buss APP sell.
