Outside TV is seeking a highly motivated Digital Media Analyst to join our dynamic and rapidly evolving digital department. As a Digital Media Analyst, you will be responsible for providing reporting and insights for all digital initiatives and campaigns. This role would suit an agile and efficient candidate with a logical and inquisitive mind-set, who is interested in interpreting large volumes of data. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, a self-starter, operates well in a fast-moving environment, and is committed to delivering quality service. The candidate should be a team player who is proactive, enjoys problem solving, and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the company. The Digital Media Analyst will be based out of our Westport, CT office. All employees must work on-site._________________________________________________________________________ Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of call for all reporting and dataWork directly with Ad Operations to monitor direct and programmatic video campaigns, troubleshoot performance and ensure KPIs are met and pacing is on track to deliver campaigns successfullyWork closely with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing departments to determine reporting metrics and frequency of reportingProvide Sales with ad hoc reporting on programmatic and direct campaign deliveryWork in ComScore to pull additional audience/ qualitative data and relevant information for campaign reportsCreate, monitor and analyze reports to provide insight and help optimize on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisSupport development of RFP process assisting in media plans, insights, campaign optimizations, screenshots, and wrap reportsMaintain monthly revenue reporting and coordinate with Finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing process Essential Skills & RequirementsBachelors Degree2-3 years experience working in digital media analytics role preferredExcellent analytical thinker who can create data-driven recommendationsPatient, collaborative and logical mindsetOutstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple campaigns at once and work to tight deadlinesUnderstanding of digital advertising metrics and KPIsFamiliarity with programmatic video advertising and SSP/DSP platformsUnderstanding of and experience using Google Analytics and other third party data platforms preferredExperience with Prisma/Media Ocean preferredProficient in Keynote, Excel, and Google SheetsStrong analytical skills and experience working with large volumes of dataExperience creating campaign reports * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
