If you have customer service or tech support experience in merchant services or a related field ?we are looking for you! You should be able to communicate through many channels of communication – primarily phone and email.

Experience/Skills Desired
?  Credit Card Processing knowledge. Credit card industry terms and processes preferred.

?  Experienced + passionate about customer service and relationships.

?  Experience with countertop terminals, point of sale systems, e-commerce shopping carts,
payment processing software.

?  Excellent written and phone communication skills.

?  Basic Math skills.

?  Proficient with MS Office + Google.

?  Experience using a CRM.

?  Professional and friendly phone etiquette.

?  Attention to detail? and fully completing daily tasks.

?  Well organized

?  Self-starter

Experience working in merchant services or can be supplemented with customer service or tech support experience!
Excellent customer support skills – you should be ?Empathetic ?and ?Patient ?as the majority of our inbound calls come from our clients who have questions or concerns.
You must be able to ?Accurately ?on-board new clients so they start processing with us without a glitch, gap or any noticeable transition. Accuracy also goes for any account changes or updates - terminal set-ups - providing client information - well, everything!
Compassion ?and ?Understanding ?for your customers are important as they may be stressed while communicating with you. ?Responsiveness ?is key; getting information back to your customers as quickly as possible as well as other team members makes a huge difference to our customers. You are the ?Resource ?that customers are relying on, so you should know the answer to their questions and know when to ask other team members for help. We are the expert!
This role is also meant for someone who is a self-proclaimed ?technical ?guru - there will large equipment programming and troubleshooting components to this role - you cannot be afraid to push the buttons!
Excellent organizational, written and oral ?communication? skills – Customers will not understand technical jargon, so you must be able to communicate the same information in a variety of ways.
You should quickly learn how to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues. If it needs to be escalated to the development team, you must be able to replicate the issue and document it for them clearly.
Sometimes everything is status quo and we have dedicate our time to ?bigger picture things - such as generating new growth ideas, documenting new processes, etc.
You should have a desire to learn, master and even teach everything you know about PayHub Payments.
