Prestige Environmental, Inc. is currently seeking a Environmental Project Manager who will work as part of a team of scientists and engineers in the Somerset, New Jersey office. Our ideal candidate will be a mid level member of a team that provides project and client management services, remedial investigation and design, regulatory approval/compliance and environmental monitoring services for a broad range of clients in New Jersey and surrounding states (NY & PA). Established in 1993, Prestige Environmental, Inc. specializes in environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, and remediation services. The firm provides services to federal, state, and municipal governments and private-sector clients from its Somerset, New Jersey office. Prestige Environmental, Inc. is a strong advocate of the team approach to undertaking projects and problem solving. Accordingly, in this role you will interface with and work in multi-disciplinary teams in which the contribution of each member is equally valued. Your responsibilities in this role will include: Providing technical leadership for complex site remediation projects Executing technical work in areas of expertise, including reports and technical review Providing mentoring and supervision for staff Providing effective management of medium to large projects Managing client relation and sustainability Identifying, securing, and delivering project work for new clients Providing a lead role in the development of strategies during remedial investigation, design and implementation Providing a lead role in agency communications and negotiations Working in a fast-paced environment, often on multiple tasks and projects Participating in the continued growth and development of the company The preferred candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Bachelor?s and/or Master?s degree in environmental sciences or engineering A minimum of 8 years? experience in site remediation 5 years? in a project/program management role Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) preferred Professional licensure (e.g., P.G., NY/NJ P.E.) preferred Written and verbal communications skills Strong technical skills in development of geologic and hydrogeologic conceptual site models, the scoping of environmental investigations, and in the analysis and interpretation of environmental data Advanced quantitative and analytical skills Experience preferred with design of remedial systems for soil, sediment and groundwater Strong interpersonal and client management skills Experience in capably supervising and mentoring staff in a team environment Working knowledge of CADD and GIS systems Current 40 Hr.
