Demand Generation Senior Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS & Data) Dear valued applicant, RevTrax is looking for an experienced and passionate B2B Marketer who can continue to develop and execute demand generation programs and strategies that will build awareness and interest among our target markets. Most importantly, this role is responsible for the key outcome of driving more quality pipeline for the sales org. You will be the primary voice behind the RevTrax Offer Management (OMP) Platform and have an opportunity to create and grow the marketing function within the company and work directly with each department, including the executive team. The right person for this role is passionate for strategy and creative problem-solving, with a strong eye toward flawless operational execution by both internal teams and external agency resources. A growth mindset is a must. The key outcome that marketing will be responsible for monthly is a target number of SQLs, or qualified sales opportunities for the sales team. We would expect the right candidate to leverage creativity around content, campaigns, programs and resources to achieve our objective. Success will be highly dependent on tight collaboration with internal and external resources, and extensive knowledge of the systems and activities you believe we should invest in to succeed. These activities will vary and depend on the ultimate ROI we generate. The ultimate goal is a growing a healthy sales pipeline that generates new deals. We are looking for somebody with the following: 4 years of marketing experience, including time spent within a technology company. Experience implementing and deploying marketing automation solutions. Strong familiarity with the following marketing-related technologies - Salesforce Hubspot Google Analytics Terminus and/or other Account-Based Marketing Platforms Vimeo, Canva, & other visual platforms Demonstrable experience in creating end-to-end sales enablement materials, including sales decks, case studies, and thought leadership pieces to drive interest, enable sellers, and generate more leads/opportunities. Proficiency in demand-generation channels including SEM, SEO, email, lifecycle marketing and webinars. Experience managing and developing marketing videos. Experience in developing presentations and messaging. Proficiency writing about technology solutions, ideally for a marketing persona. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail. The ability to work quickly, independently, and learn from your mistakes. A sense of humor. ?Leave your ego at the door? attitude.
