Rezdorais a 3-star NY Times Italian Restaurant dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Emila-Romagna region in Italy. The restaurant was founded by chef Stefano Secchi and entrepreneur David Switzer and we are located in the Flatiron district of New York City. We recently had the honor of being awarded the #7 best new restaurant on Esquire magazine's "Best New Restaurants in America 2019" list.

Our service team is led by General Manager Sidonie Rodman whom also holds the role of beverage director. Sidonie has worked at Dirty French, the Wythe Hotel and as part of the opening management team for michelin-starred Agern restaurant in midtown. The Floor Manager will work directly with Sidonie to manage our front of the house team.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of Floor Manager experience or 2+ year of server experience at a fine dining establishment
  • Good food and wine knowledge with the desire to learn (in detail) about traditional & authentic, Italian food, wine, beer and spirits
  • Sommelier experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • A dedication to creating and fostering a great guest experience
