The Marketing Analyst is an ideal opportunity for a marketing professional to work directly on our new strategy shaping the way Urban Working Professionals live. You will gain hands on experience as we define our brand and actively market our new projects via digital and non-digital marketing channels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Assist in the coordination and creation of digital content via social media marketing. · Creation of other digital advertisements, including but not limited to, Facebook, Google, Hot pads, Zumper, Zillow, Craigslist. · Assist in the efficiency of Search Engine Optimization. · Creation of all digital and non-digital marketing assets for the development team. · Creation of presentations for meetings with strategic partners and investors. · Creation of all written content to go along with all marketing efforts. · Management of all active campaigns on a weekly basis to optimize based on traffic. · Responsible for communicating results of marketing efforts to management and the rest of the company. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will thrive in a highly entrepreneurial, social, and fast-paced environment. The candidate should be extremely motivated to improve their understanding of all aspects of the real estate investment and development field, be an enthusiastic team player, offer innovative ideas, and can manage multiple priorities.
