Our Syracuse, NY client has a full-time hiring need for an Accounting Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that is headquartered locally and has a brand new state of the art building. Responsibilities for the Accounting Assistant include:-reconciling invoices and identify discrepancies-enter financial transactions in database-maintain digital and physical financial records-issue customer statements, invoices or notices-maintain and file all invoices and other supporting documentation-assist with accounting tasks as needed
