Our Syracuse, NY for profit client has a HR Manager hiring need. Reporting into the GM, this is a very diverse, generalist position that will have growth to it. The HR Manager will be responsible for the HR function of the organization. Payroll is not a function of the HR department here. HR Manager duties include: HR Compliance Corporate training and development duties Recruiting, hiring-onboarding and terminations Budgeting and corporate goal setting Acquisition, growth analysis Employee relations Health and benefit duties The HR Manager must have a bachelors degree and relevant HR Generalist experience.
