Real Estate Developer and Property Manager seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide full administrative support to the team.

Job Description:
· Schedule and coordinate meetings
· Real Estate Market Research
· Assisting Marketing Department by creating e-blasts and Social Media posts
· File preparation/organization, and management of team’s calendar
· Assist with data entry, billing administration, and coordination
· Compose reports, letters, and memos
· Organize and manage the ordering of office resources and supplies

Qualifications:
· Proven ability to work with multiple deadlines and multiple priorities required
· Ability to work across a variety of projects and with diverse client types
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Flexibility adaptability to work in a changing environment
· Proven problem solving and interpersonal skills with experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment
· Proven ability to work with multiple deadlines and multiple priorities
· 2-3 years of administrative experience preferred
· Real Estate or Marketing experience preferred
· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel, and electronic communication tools
· Organizational skills required
· Attention to detail
