Client Success Retention Specialist


The Role


Simplifeye s Retention Specialists assist our clients in finding the value within their own account. This is a high-energy position that requires you to wear many hats. The Client Retention Specialist handles any billing requests, in addition to qualifying potential growth opportunities.


About you


You ve got a passion for delivering an amazing customer experience, and have the patience of a saint. You re focused on doing right by the customer but still find hitting quotas to be a piece of cake. When the stakes are raised, you are at your best. You love start-up cultures because you re flexible and can adapt on the fly when in need.


Responsibilities


* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls

* Build and strengthen customer relationships

* Encouraging clients with our best used practices

* Gathering customer feedback for product development

* Become an expert on our product suite and internal processes


Requirements


* 1-3 years of experience within Client Success

* Extremely coachable and process driven

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Calm and friendly disposition, but comfortable hitting quotas

* Must enjoy communicating issues in a public forum

* Ability to balance multiple projects at once
