The position will report to: Manager, Global Marketing Overall Responsibilities Support development and execution of 360 go-to-market launch plans on new launches, building strategies and budgets appropriate to product revenue goalsResearch beauty landscape, identify global insights, market trends, competitive activity and whitespace opportunities that deliver long term innovation pipeline Prepare and present NPD briefs in partnership with team and key stakeholders Coordinate and manage key stakeholder input during product development and go-to-market launch process, ensure key deliverable dates are met on time and within budget Manage consumer and in-house NPD testing: product concept, position, and formulation surveys, send out product comps and manage survey process Track weekly sell through performance against launch plan, escalate marketing support needs or inventory needs based on initial pacing In partnership with Trade Marketing, support development and coordination of key supporting retail assets and content Track global inventory and sell through by SKU and category, deliver quarterly reports on portfolio health and marketing impact Oversee the coordination of the Global Marketing calendar, including input from Events, PR, Trade Marketing, Social, and Digital teams, escalate and manage communications conflicts, global changes, and shifts Act as the key liaison with the labs and contract manufacturers for paperwork, lab submissions, and batch approvals, follow-up and track incoming lab submissions Manage & file key formula documentation (e.g., ILs, QILs, SDS, MSDS) Provide consolidated formula and fragrance feedback Coordinate Retailer Registration document Coordinate PR/Trade Marketing/Creative lab sample requests Coordinate Brand presentations requested by x-functional teams Essential Skills and Experience Great at communicating, even better at collaborating Experience supporting end-to-end CPG or beauty product launches Strong analytical skills Deep project management and prioritization skills Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic category with a rapid and competitive consumer purchase cycle Prior experience of working on innovation projects Excellent multi-tasker, extremely organized and capable of managing multiple projects and product launches simultaneously * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
