This includes but is not limited to: efficient preparation and dissemination of information to course directors, content leaders, faculty and students. Development and dissemination of course notes and syllabi. Room and lecture scheduling. Timely management and maintenance of the on-line coarse materials in Blackboard. Front line contact and liaison between students and course directors. Responsible for coordination of exam question process for each course, focused course exam review meetings and compilation of course exam questions with timely submission to meet curriculum deadlines as well as exam proctoring and administration of exams. Principle function is administrative and project management support. Incumbent must be able to multi-task, with a strong focus on organization, be able to balance the needs of various roles and be able to manage multiple priorities from a diverse set of directors. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant responsible work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience along with excellent written/oral communication, analytical and computer skills required. Advanced skills in spreadsheets, databases and scheduling tools required. Preferred Qualifications: Prior administrative experience in an academic setting preferred.
