Respond to vendors regarding payment status or related questions. Review travel expense reports for accuracy and track expenses. Coordinate billing activity and track receipt of payments. Assist with researching and restoring accounts payable and receivables discrepancies. Input financial data into accounting systems and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with communication and outreach efforts related to CPD Business Services. Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and databases. Prepare financial or business reports as requested. Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws. Administrative support for the SUNY CPD Business Manager and Director. General office duties, as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or related field with one year of professional, related work experience required. Familiarity with basic accounting procedures required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail. Excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with NYS and SUNY procurement guidelines preferred.
