The Institute of Professional Practice, a leader in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, is currently seeking a highly qualified Clinical Supervisor to supervise behavior analytic services, Behavior Analysts and Lead/Senior Behavior Therapists, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to provide evidence-based support to our students and staff in our IPPI Learning Academy Stamford satellite, which is anticipated to open in January, 2020. The Clinical Supervisor's primary responsibilities include but not limited to; working with the Learning Academy Project Director and administration to employ IPPI's Mission, Vision and Core Values in the school setting while: Utilize the principles of Organizational Behavior Management to create and maintain systems for performance assessment and feedback for staff members Supervision and training of BCBAs Supervision of BACB candidates Oversee a
clinicalteam responsible for ensuring implementation of school-wide and individualized
academic, behavior and social skills programming Make revisions to
School-wide Positive Behavior Support plan in accordance with the needs of the school and state legislation Maintenance and revisions as necessary of data-based Employee Incentive Program Collect and analyze school-wide data and make system-wide changes based on that data using evidence-based practices Our Ideal Candidate Master's Degree in ABA, Education, or similar discipline Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing Licensed Behavior Analyst (Connecticut license) Minimum of five years of clinical experience including three years of supervisory experience Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Exposure to Organizational Behavior Management a plus Our Employees enjoy working with a fun team of dedicated professionals and believe in a healthy work/life balance.
